Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production is committed and preorder sales become final.

One size exchange is allowed for an unworn item with original tags attached. Contact support within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged.
Email clear photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. Verified defects or fulfillment errors will be corrected at no additional cost.
